interestingly... they need to be "unlock" and "activated" before they can be sold.

Overheard a tourist asking this question
"How much is iPad 16GB (with 3G) ?"

"unlock and activated?"

""all included.""

Huh

** if you think that you can buy an iPad with Apple price tag.. likely you will need to pay for "unlocking" and "activation" services.
