Last night I was at Nando's too (Plaza Sing).
Food did take at least half an hour but i thought it was pretty ok. but the serving of water it's a management thing? once it's served, everyone would start doing asking too. the manager and staff have to suck thumb and follow instructions. But the manager could at least think a little bit more to solve and satisfy their wants like opening the bottle, warm the water and charge at $1.90.

the news said she waited the food for 10min and wanted to leave coz it taking too long..

but u waited for 30min.. interesting right?

i mean waiting for food is normal right? if you fast food and free water, you should know where to eat at an instance.

just wonder if there is follow up news on this... i think it will be interesting.
reporter should interview the staff too before putting that piece of news up.

No la, the news say they waited for 30mins and no food and drinks came, so they left. Somehow I felt the staff already sort of ignore them already and waiting for them to leave.

I read from wan bao one. It says they waited 10min. 十分钟。
(hmm... I hope I din misread.. haha)

Nados waiting time is generally long.... and the service is so so according to my experience. staff were mostly flustered because of the crowd and impatient customers.
