Nuff said! I really wonder how much M1 has cost us customers in total? millions? And did they expect to pacify us with one day of free calls/sms which essentially cost them nothing extra?
What about their customer service? There was no solution offered at all when the average m1 customer could not get through their customer service line! They just left it alone! I foresee m1 losing a big chunk of their customers. Personally it wasn't that there was a malfunction in their service. It was the lack of concern for their customers. It seems that the first thing on their mind when this happened is to minimize loss, not for their customers. Well my dear m1, you would have to learn the hard way from tens if not hundreds of thousands of dissatisfied customers that to minimize loss you have to satisfy customers first. |
