HK style Soya Beancurd

The Old Airport road hawker has opened 7 stores run by I think 4 different owners! I now know of 2 other stores selling. One at Beach Road(army market) and the other at Maxwell market.

What do you guys make of this? Another bubble tea trend?

Personally I like it alot. I was/am a soya bean fan and this is a great addition to the family Smile
