Dehydrated skin in air-con room
We love air-con room/environment, don't we? These are some tips to save our dehydrated skin under long exposure of air-con!
"Here are some tips to keep beauty skin, especially for you who frequently interact with air conditioner: - Limit the use of soap on the skin area which is vulnerable to drought. - Use lotion to moisturize the skin, not cream. Then apply on the neck, face, hands, elbows, and knees. Choose water-based lotion to add moisture. - To help keep skin moist, you can add the cream after using lotion. - Drink plenty of water to keep the skin from dehydration. Although the rooms were cold and thirsty, you should still consume lots of water to keep skin moist. - Minimize the use of air conditioners. It’s hard to turn off air conditioner in the office, so try not to use air conditioner at home. - Prepare a bowl filled with water and place it in the room where you work or in any room using the air conditioner. Putting water in a bowl is a simple way to reduce the impact of drying the skin when you are in air-conditioned room." http://www.ourhealthylife.info/beauty-sk...tioner.htm |
