We're hatching a plan to make this trip during the Dec hols as a surprise for the kids. Paris Disneyland is on the cards plus the usual attractions.

Whats been plotted so far...
1st week will be in Paris. Take the Eurostar to London. Stay for 5 days and back by Eurostar to Paris for a day and for the flight home.

Please share your experiences/tips if you've been there done that. Cos we dont wanna end up 'lost'! Blush

merci!
(we're learning a few French phrases too cos we know how proud the french are linguistically!)

Actually, I just came back from Paris, and the infamous perception that the french does not accommodate other languages is a myth! A simple 'Parlez-vous anglais?'(do you speak english) or 'anglais?' will suffice. All the french people I met at least attempted to communicate Smile

I was told too that if you speak to them in your mother tongue; say Malay; theyd readily switch to Anglais.

So then we could call them 'bodoh, mampus" etc with a polite smile and they wouldnt know it! LOLz
